What does “the second half of life” mean to you? Does living a quality and dignifying second half of life sound idealistic? How can we build a more inclusive community and future for our grandparents, parents and eventually for ourselves?
The book "後半生" written by Ire Tsui explores these questions through the lens of 15 entities that use design to question the future of ageing whilst striving to create a more inclusive community in Hong Kong.
During the book launch on Friday, our co-founder, Emily had an insightful and intimate discussion with Ire Tsui, Queenie Man and Ricardo Leung on the “second half of life”. The valuable guests and Professor Eric Yim also provided us with new perspectives.
You can now find the book in Joint Publishing bookstores! Hurry up and get a copy for a good and inspiring read, especially if you are filled with ideas on how you could cultivate a meaningful second half of life for yourself!
