Transforming Event Access for Elderly Communities
Connecting City-Wide Users through an Elderly-Friendly Website
This report documents the design & development journey for GO Active, an online platform created for the H.K.S.K.H. Lady MacLehose Centre. Developed between 2019 and 2021 as part of the “Re-imagine Elderly Centres” initiative by J.C.DISI, the project focuses on enabling online registration for offline events, keeping members informed of center news, and addressing the evolving needs of Hong Kong’s aging population. It highlights the collaborative design process and explores how digital tools can modernize elderly services and foster active aging in local communities.
